Custom & Replacement Infrared Heating Lamps
Young Light Technology manufactures short-wave, medium-wave, fast-response, carbon and twin-tube quartz infrared lamps for industrial equipment, process heating and replacement projects.
Need to Replace an Existing Infrared Lamp?
You do not need a complete technical drawing to begin. Send the information already available from the old lamp, machine manual or maintenance record, and we will review the electrical and mechanical details.

Infrared Heating Lamps We Supply
Product categories are organised by wavelength, filament response, quartz tube construction and replacement purpose.
Short-Wave Infrared Lamps
Tungsten filament lamps for rapid start-up, high radiant intensity and responsive process control.
View ProductMedium-Wave Infrared Lamps
Infrared emitters for drying, coating, moisture removal and materials that absorb medium-wave energy efficiently.
View ProductFast Medium-Wave Lamps
A faster-response medium-wave option for production lines requiring frequent switching and controlled heat output.
View ProductTwin-Tube Infrared Lamps
Twin-bore quartz construction for longer lamps, higher loads and demanding industrial equipment layouts.
View ProductReplacement Infrared Lamps
Compatible lamp production based on original references, machine information, photos, drawings or old samples.
Find a ReplacementCustom-Shaped Infrared Lamps
U-shaped, omega, circular, spiral and engineered lamp forms for specialised heating zones and machine spaces.
View ProductBuilt Around the Required Lamp Specification
Infrared lamp selection involves more than wavelength. The electrical rating, quartz structure, heated zone, reflector direction, end fittings and mounting position must work together inside the equipment.

View ProcessBefore You Request a Lamp Quotation
A clear photo and a few key specifications are often enough for an initial review. Complete details can be confirmed before production.
Can you manufacture a replacement lamp from an old sample?
Yes. A physical sample, clear photos, a drawing or an original reference number can be used as the starting point. Voltage, wattage and critical dimensions still need to be confirmed.
What information should I provide for quotation?
Please provide the machine or application, voltage, wattage, overall length, heated length, tube size, reflector, end connection, quantity and destination country. Photos of the complete lamp and both ends are especially useful.
Can voltage, wattage and lamp dimensions be customised?
Yes. These parameters can be customised within the practical limits of the selected tube construction, filament design, working position and equipment conditions.
Do you supply both single-tube and twin-tube lamps?
Yes. The available range includes single-tube, twin-tube and special-shaped quartz infrared lamps with short-wave, medium-wave and other filament options.
Can you supply lamps for PET blow moulding and printing dryers?
Yes. We review lamps for PET preform heating ovens, printing dryers, coating systems, thermoforming equipment and other industrial heating machinery. Compatibility is confirmed case by case.
How are fragile infrared lamps packed for export?
Lamps are individually protected and packed with cushioning and reinforced outer cartons according to lamp length, quantity and shipment method.
